Psychotherapy & Coaching
Life can sometimes become overwhelming. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, difficult relationships or a major life transition, psychotherapy or coaching can provide valuable support.
In my practice in Berlin Friedrichshain, I offer a safe, collaborative and confidential space where we can explore your concerns together. My aim is to help you better understand your experiences, discover new perspectives and develop practical ways of moving forward. If you would like to learn more about my approach, I invite you to explore the information on this website.
As I have recently opened my private practice, I currently have availability for new clients. If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, I would be delighted to hear from you.

About me
A safe space for change
I see therapy as a collaborative process — one that is guided by your individual concerns, strengths, and goals.
While therapy often involves difficult and painful topics, I believe humour still has a place. Moments of lightness and warmth can be an important part of the therapeutic process, too.
Focus areas
When might therapy be helpful?
Life can be challenging in many different ways. Therapy can offer support when something feels overwhelming, when you feel stuck, or when you would like to understand yourself better and create change.
I work with adults experiencing a range of concerns, including anxiety, low mood, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and the effects of difficult life experiences. These are just some examples of areas where therapy can help. If you do not see your particular situation listed, please feel free to contact me to discuss whether I may be able to help.
My approach
Making sense, moving forward
Therapy begins with a conversation. We take time to explore what has brought you here, the difficulties you are experiencing, and what you hope will be different.
Together, we develop a shared understanding of your situation and identify the goals that matter most to you. From there, we decide on the therapeutic approach that best fits your needs. My work is collaborative, transparent and grounded in evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
If you would like to learn more about how therapy works and what you can expect, you will find further information here.
