About me

A safe space for change

I see therapy as a collaborative process — one that is guided by your individual concerns, strengths, and goals.

While therapy often involves difficult and painful topics, I believe humour still has a place. Moments of lightness and warmth can be an important part of the therapeutic process, too.

My background

  • Currently completing further training in trauma therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • Trained as a licensed psychological psychotherapist specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) at the Berlin Academy of Psychotherapy (BAP)
  • Additional qualification in group therapy (CBT, BAP)
  • Member of the leadership team of the steps project at the Psychological University of Berlin, providing psychological counselling for people with experiences of displacement and migration
  • Member of the Berlin Chamber of Psychotherapists, the German Association of Psychotherapists (DPtV), and the German Association of Psychologists (BDP)
  • Studied psychology at Humboldt University of Berlin
  • After spending time in the UK, I moved to Berlin and am now a proud Berliner by choice
  • Previous professional experience in marketing and project management in Germany and the UK

I care deeply about culturally sensitive therapy and supporting people who have experienced violence. I believe that understanding each person's life story, personal background, and social context is an essential foundation for meaningful therapeutic work.
